Ultra high measurement accuracy

PDH The series is equipped with high-sensitivity and high-resolution CMOS chips, which effectively improve measurement accuracy and imaging performance by increasing pixel width and quantity, optimizing optical design, and achieving ultra-high repeatability accuracy of 0.005 μ m; m. The newly developed objective lens can effectively reduce the distortion of the light spot on the receiving element and improve measurement accuracy. At the same time, the new optical design maintains the symmetry of the light spot, achieving ultra-high linear accuracy of 0.02% F.S.
